1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ramly888 ("ramly888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at ramly888.cam. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms set out in this Agreement.

This Agreement applies to all services provided by ramly888, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, esports betting, and any other gaming product offered on the platform from time to time. 2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the ramly888 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds not yet released through wagering.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawal approval.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be turned over through eligible games before it becomes withdrawable.
• "Platform" means the ramly888 website, mobile site, and any associated applications operated at ramly888.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, or adjustment made to an Account Balance.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and use a ramly888 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ramly888 enforces a strict minimum age policy in line with international licensing standards applicable to online casino and sports betting operations.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of ramly888 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your place of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme, including any self-exclusion you have submitted to ramly888 directly.

ramly888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period, or provision of false or misleading documentation, constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may register only one Account on the ramly888 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Changes must be notified to our support team and may require re-verification.

4.1 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at ramly888's discretion at any time during the account lifecycle, Players are required to complete KYC verification by submitting the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Driver's Licence, or Passport.
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or Telco bill dated within the past three months.
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding their identity document adjacent to their face.
• Where payment has been made via a specific e-wallet or bank account, documentation confirming ownership of that payment method.

Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission. ramly888 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts with pending KYC will have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be authorised by you. ramly888 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately via live chat or the support email address.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ramly888 supports a range of payment methods available to Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency wallets accepting BTC and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for most local payment methods and the equivalent of approximately RM100 for cryptocurrency transactions.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ramly888 reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party payment sources and to require re-submission of payment from an approved source.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for bank transfers and DuitNow. Withdrawal requests are subject to pending wagering requirements on any active bonuses attached to the Account Balance at the time of the request.

ramly888 endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within 5 to 60 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required. ramly888 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including delays in interbank settlement or e-wallet provider processing times.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ramly888 offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be converted to real funds by satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period (typically 30 calendar days from the date of bonus credit). Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• ramly888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including use of multiple accounts or provision of false registration information, will be voided and the associated Account suspended.
• Certain game types may be excluded from wagering contribution or contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution schedules are listed on each promotion's terms page.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ramly888 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. Sports betting markets are governed by our sportsbook rules which are available within the platform. Casino game rules are determined by the game provider and are accessible within each game interface.

Bets are accepted at ramly888's absolute discretion. ramly888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet has been placed in breach of these Terms, as part of fraudulent activity, or where a clear pricing error has occurred. In cases of obvious error, bets will be settled at the correct price without prior notice.

Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled by the Player. Bets on events which are subsequently abandoned or voided will be returned as a stake refund to the Player's Account Balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ramly888 platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of co-ordinated fraudulent betting activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or platforms in a systematic manner designed to lock in profit regardless of outcome.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under aliases.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or to the platform's back-end systems.
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your eligibility in any way.

ramly888 employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, we reserve the right to immediately suspend access, void all associated bets and bonuses, and forfeit any outstanding balance pending investigation.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

ramly888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player's identity cannot be satisfactorily verified through the KYC process.
• The Platform reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A Player requests self-exclusion through our Responsible Gambling tools.
• The Player's Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, less any applicable fees, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse will not be returned.

10. Limitation of Liability

The ramly888 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability and accuracy, ramly888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ramly888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — even if ramly888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ramly888's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gambling

ramly888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible via the Account settings panel, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps applied immediately upon request.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable alerts that notify you when a specified playing duration has been reached.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership and may be revoked at any time.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ramly888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
